LoLalytics ranks 关 players by looking at all players ranked Diamond IV and above, greater than 50% 关 win rate with at least 50 关 games in the last 90 days. All players are ranked relative to each other according to their solo queue rank, 关 win rate and number of 关 games played weighted in that same order of priority.
