LoLalytics ranks Hwei players by looking at all players ranked Diamond IV and above, greater than 50% Hwei win rate with at least 50 Hwei games in the last 90 days. All players are ranked relative to each other according to their solo queue rank, Hwei win rate and number of Hwei games played weighted in that same order of priority.
